Shipping & Returns
  • All sales are final.  No refunds. 
  • We will exchange the size only if it is within 10 days of your delivery date.
  • Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. 
  • In order to do an exchange you must first call us to be assigned an Authorization Number.  This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. 
  • We must receive the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the time you were issued the Return Authorization Number.  Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and is no longer able to purchase from The Modest SwimShop. 
  • Due to different qualities in computer screens some items may appear a slightly different shade in person. 
  •  In the unlikely event the merchandise is damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge.
  • Care Instructions: Always hand wash your suit in cold water very mild soap such as Zero, and lay it flat to dry for best results. 
  • Please make sure that you have provided us with a correct shipping address. Review your invoice and make sure it is accurate. If we ship and the package is returned to us due to incomplete shipping information provided by client, we will charge your credit card for the costs incurred by having the package returned to The Modest Swim Shop.
